I found your social media recently when researching about my chronic back pain due to spondylithesis (sp?). I really appreciate the dept of your knowledge and generosity of sharing it with us.

I can’t find answers for what I can do to manage my pain, if I would be a good candidate for surgery and even what that would mean for my life.

I am in Canada, I know you know the reality of our health system, how it is failing us, and those with chronic conditions that are not life threatening fall through the cracks.

Through my ow. Research I try to manage pain with mindfulness, energy healing, ice/hot therapy, stretching, some movement because movement has been aggravating the sciatica, and almost no medication (they don’t do anything).

Any other suggestions I can explore?
