Just a casual walk for an hour after eating helps a lot for me. Also i strictly follow this, Never over fill my tummy. Don’t eat fruits after food mainly apple, pineapple like fruits. I drink warm water 250ml if i eat any oily foods, but i always try to avoid it.curd is always in my diet. Main thing is walking🚶🏽‍♂️

thank you for this information! One of the things that helped me with the bloating is i starting to eating sauerkraut on a daily basis! turns out that it contains bacteria there that are really good for the gut, now i make my all family to eat sauerkraut 🤣
