I can eat directly from the package now, which is huge for me. I used to go through binge and restrict cycles where if I didn't strictly control what I ate everyday I'd eat all of it, then restrict like crazy. Now I can take a package of something like Pistachios to work with me and much on it through out the week, only eating when and as much as I want to

Honestly I would eat half of it but that because I get full really fast, specially cuz I drink a lot white eating ( I tend to swallow funny sometimes so I choke on food easily😂😂) so I eat half of I’m not THAT hungry and then eat the other half after a while lol

Remember when it was a “hack” to get a Togo box at the beginning of the meal to put half the food away so you wouldn’t eat all of it. Forget that! I’ll eat what I want lol.

When I sit to eat, I separate the food in half…
If it needs to be cut, I cut half of it up.
If I’d dip something in sauce, I’d move about half closest to the sauce.
If it’s a salad, I’ll typically do dressing on the half right in front of me.
-If I eat half and I’m still hungry, then I’ll eat more of my food. If I’m not still hungry, then I’ll save it for leftovers.
-I try to keep internal self talk in check while eating. Because, my own voice can get fairly critical and I’m really trying to do better.
