Elden Ring - DO NOT Hug Fia in the Roundtable Hold (unless you need to for Baldachin's Blessing)

Holding Fia gives a debuff granting 5% loss in HP (red square debuff with down arrow), but gives Baldachin's Blessing. Baldachin's Blessing costs 10 FP, grants a 15 second boost to Poise stat, and cleanses the HP debuff. This can be useful for boss type enemies.
