The droid army was loyal to the leadership to a fault, what if they obtained sentience and rebelled against Separatist Leadership? How would this come about? Who would be the reason for this rebellion? Would it be a clone plot or would it come from within Separatist Ranks? How would this Droid Rebellion affect the galaxy?

This is the opposite outcome for the Yuuzhan Vong. The Jedi Order didn't get wiped out, the droid armies&Separatists factories weren't destroyed. The clones weren't wiped out too and Kamino survives. The Republic navy&shipyards weren't destroyed too. The Vongs had sent spies like Nom Anor to infiltrate the leadership of capital worlds to ensure the Republic&later the Empire to be weak. With a lot of battledroids&clones retiring, they weren't wiped out and still have the numbers to emerge&counter the Vong's invasion. Would love to read a sequel to this as the Vong decides to invasion gambling that their initial attacks would be good enough to delay any Republic rebuilding&updating their navies&ground mililtary forces.

Wait we literally saw in a bad batch episode a commander droid can LIVE without its bodies. He cab still be a HEAD. Cuthulu can totally be alive. 😅 (He probably just kept quite until he ordered a droid to pick up his head and well probably lived his near immortal life to the fullest).
