Dragon Squat 🐉. (It’s a show, not show off) 😊🙏
It’s a very clever integrated dynamic movement.
It’s demand mobility and strength on hips, ankle and knee joints or you can do it to improve or check these joint’s mobility and strength: this is a beautiful dynamic movement.
But more than this, DS demands “Understanding” in collaboration of strength, mobility and timing.

By doing this, my goal is to increase the understanding and awareness by putting my joint in various position, not only Dragon Squat itself.
It is a part of my research for my upcoming project “The Bamboo Leg”.
I do not do it as a workout. I do it as a trick, sometimes during the week or months. In various ways - regression, progression, static hold etc. .
There are benefits and disadvantages about this movement as another. Whether I am showing the possibilities to do, but I am not recommending to do it as workout.
Remember It’s not about only physical health but mental also, movement and research.
You can try it to learn if uou are enough aware and prepare and not very new to training.
