Is It Time To Quit My Job?

In this video, I will show you that you are in good company if you are unhappy at work all-day long. The Gallup Organization indicates that 70% of everyone in the workplace are disengaged with their jobs. That’s over 157M people in the workplace and almost 110M of them hate their jobs.

In this video, I will give you three signs to let you know it’s time to quit your job and go find something else you love to do. Below are the three signs:

1. You are unhappy every day at work
2. You hate your boss, and they hate you back
3. The job is not a good fit for what you are good at doing and/or enjoy doing

This video will show you until you find work you love to do, all you will ever be is AVERAGE. And we hate jobs that makes us average.

In the “jobs aren’t a fit” slide, bullet three is phrased incorrectly. “If your job does FIT...” - pretty sure it needs a “job does NOT fit your strengths, you will never enjoy it.” — came across your videos on leadership and the work place and I really love the content. I hate seeing a small error that can tarnish a masterpiece. Following and subscribing... can’t wait to hear more.

It's funny how this video resonates with me. I left my old department manager to work for new one, the new one was forced to step down and now I have to work old dumb manager that I absolutely hate. I loved my new job (IT/AV) but now they had me washing dishes and clean fridges I left so quick lol
