here we have a county veteran's services office with several vso's and they will file for you but they are really less than helpful and in some cases, give you misleading information/answers designed to slight your claim and they never tell you what doc's you need to submit. only submit the claim and tell you to wait to be contacted for a C&P exam and that you can't do more.

I'd love to get 100% and I'm at 70% PTSD now. I've had to go part time at my job because of panic attacks and just got divorced over my anger and depression symptoms. I have a medical history of meds and counseling but I'm scared theyd lower my rating if i try 100%.

I'm currently at 90%. I've worked my butt off (by myself) to get to this point. I'd like to get 100% without making things worse for myself. I'm willing to invest. Thanks!

One Million Dollar Question for you. Can a Vet Rated at 100% P&T with SMC L1/2 with Aid & Attendance still work from home on the phone selling life insurance, granted conditions fluctuate from day to day but can a Veteran work under this rating (Part Time) under these circumstances without loosing his current pay status?

As stated there is no way I can work efficiently on a regular basis but writing a few policies a month considered gameful employment?

Were can I find the VA rules on this specific circumstance. Thank You

To diagnose for IBS and back and shoulder (still serving) do I really need to get a Colonoscopy and cortisol shot for my back and shoulder? What if I don't get the Colonoscopy and cortisol shots, can I still get diagnosed?

Just found you recently, and appreciate your vids. Question - have noticed that the 38CFR and M21 differ in some respects as to criteria for certain ratings. Does a VA rater rely more on one or the other?

I'm a 69 year old veteran whose been fighting and been denied since 1978. After all my frustrations, I have a law firm(Berry Law) representing me in my claims where I've been awarded a 40% rating. And I'm Grateful. However, I don't feel the desire to coach me in my pursuit to reach where I should be for all my claims. I'm still committed to this law firm for denials and seem to be getting more frustrated. Don't know if I should "Fire!" their services and go paid services like "Combat Craig or "VA Claims Academy. Please advise as I'm trying to shoot for that "100%" Thanks in advance>

I'm currently active duty with 7 months left until separation. I have a bad back, I've seen the doctor twice for it. I have an appointment with the pcm next week for headaches that the pills they prescribe give me and tingling in both legs and arms. For what I know I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet. Is your program still going to help out?
