At 13:06. Why do you say that hepatocytes are not responding to insulin, when they do not use GLUT4, but instead GLUT2, that do not require insulin to function..?

I started living KETO/LCHF 3 years ago. 64 years, 173 cm, 93 kg BMI 34, Sober glucose Hb1ac 7.1 mmol/l, blood pressure 170/105 Many chronic inflammations. KETO style max/day carbohydrate 5%, protine 20%, Fat 75%. Results Lost 35 kg (in first 6 months), reversed DB2, Hb1ac 5.2, blood pressure 127/84 HDL up / LDL up/ Triglycerides Down. HDL/Triglycerides rato perfect. All inflammations disappeared. Daily Ketone level 1.0-1.5 mmol/l. Completely fat adapted. ketones are my major source of energy.
