I’ve been in a high stress situation for three months. I ate little carbs and twice a day, a salad Italian dressing, raw broccoli 🥦, union and tuna. In Teams meetings, people did spontaneously say I looked better. Did also daily long walks.

In results - Page 2 of 4... Death from stroke and hemorrhagic stroke and death from any cause was a bit higher in the group taking Omega-3.

Like Dr. Nicholas, I lean more toward eating fish (usually salmon) several times per week rather than take an omega-3 supplement. A few carnivore experts I follow are really knocking omega-3 supplementation due to the risk of the oil being oxidized, which won't do your health any favors.

Some experts I follow would say with the use of just 1000 mg per day in this study, they didn't use enough omega-3 supplementation to produce any meaningful result.

I don't care for these sorts of studies because in real life with real people there are a zillion other things going on that could affect the outcomes being tracked. In fact, that's probably the reason no particularly strong results were observed anywhere in the study.
