While watching the trailer I was like, "This can't just be a love story, something feels ominous here, and then boom... more like crash." I love this kind of movies, yeah they can be cheesy at times, but I still love them. I'm personally a sucker of all those movies based on Nicholas Sparks movies, tragic romance.

Plot twist: after she rescued BF from in between, she unknowingly broke the barrier that separated living and dead. Dead walks on earth, and the key is BF. To save the world she must put the key back. She can't leave BF to die again, so she decides to die with him. When she thinks she and BF will be together forever, he's sent to heaven, she's condemned to hell. And the world burns in flame, hell has found its way to the surface.

I'm so glad and excited to see Kyle Allen in this! He was so charismatic in The Map of Tiny Perfect Things, didn't feel for a second as if he'd be a newcomer. Thought his performance was really smooth and genuine, he really captured the youngish essence of a 17 year old in it.

I just finished it, still having tears in my eyes, the happing ending with separation ... Their chemistry, their pure love that hold them even after death all are portrayed very well !!! Such a masterpiece

The movie is so beautifully written and made. Another lovestory that made me cry, but not because its tragic nor sad but because of how great the love that they had with each other even in after life. Their love is so strong that nothing could ever defeat it-even death. Dont be sad because it ended but be happy because it happened. No regrets. I love it so much!

And I have to praise Joey King for her performance she is really growing into such a profound actress. And their chemistry with Kyle Allen-A new spotted hottie there. Looking forward for more projects of him too.

Joey King & Kyle Allen look so cute playing the couple🥰 But why does her character’s name have to be Tessa? What is this “After” lmao I can’t wait to watch this near Valentine’s Day. The song “You broke me first, ” by Tate McRae is one of my favorites and it’s going to make me cry so much😭
