Hey nick. Do you suggest revenue ( whole ) or revenue ( incremental i.e after they have assumed the job ) as a metric to calculate ?

Good video and insight, but it is industry-specific. Or you are setting CEO against the CFO by giving them conflicting and poorly defined goals
