Mr. Zelnick is absolutely correct. Not to many CEO’s and people in general would admit these words. I consider Mr. Zelnick a true leader, that leads by example.

You have to be incredibly resilient and insanely confident on that level. Unless you are a sociopath it’s a rare combination.

There is zero need to be on call to this level as a CEO.

I'm greedy and I will pay my workers low wages. I would be the perfect CEO.

Have you noticed that it's always these managers and CEO's who say that it's not for everyone. Like how do they know for sure? Maybe anyone can do it. For example, you getting a job and being responsible for your own life and your family, most of us can do it. So why is being a CEO different? Cause it's more responsibility? So what, you give it the best you got. It's probably defence for their own position to fend off competition. Cause in business it's zero-sum game for positions.

so he sleeps from 10:30 to 04:30? Otherwise you always get an answer to your question FROM HIM in 15 minutes....meaning he cannot have the time to read a good book or WATCH A MOVIE... BIG L

It's one thing to take responsibility for something, but taking it personally and not sleeping that night or just saying those words and not giving a shit is a total different kettle of fish... you need to be in the latter category if you want to do well

Have the ability to take a multi million dollar bonus at the expense of the taxpayers and be able to sleep at night.

Mr.Zelenick is correct but he missed true purpose of life. I think end of the day people like him will miss the true purpose of life. There's no meaning of leading such a distrustful life.
