I'm planning to break a three day fast this afternoon with my OMAD meal. I measured my ketones and they are "high". I feel so great and have gotten so much done I almost hate to break it! 😲😃. I feel truly well 🙏❤️. Thanks for all you do 👍

My 15 year old told me today he think I have an eating disorder because I do Intermittent fasting and occasional 36 hour fasts. We just got a gym membership and apparently I talk about eating healthy too often. I'm 35 year old, 122lbs and 4' 11". I lost from 147. I used to be 105 before the kids. I tried to tell everything I can so he understands im not anorexic and now I feel like I can't fast anymore.

I don’t understand how if your doing intermittent fasting and you’re doing a 4 to 5 hour window and you’re supposed to have 30 g of protein for each each a pound of body weight and if you want to be 130 pounds you have to get 130 g of protein how do you do that in four hours it’s just not realistic. And If your doing OMAD how do you do it?
