I tend to have to move around a lot but just pace and feel like I don’t know what to do with myself. It’s so uncomfortable.

Not true for everyone, for many who suffer from anxiety, a rapid heart rate and rise of blood pressure due to exercise can trigger a fight or flight response. This is due to the brain response feels as the body is mimic anxiety symptoms, which leads to that fight or flight response that I talked about.
