In case anyone's struggling with trimping (wall hopping), here's a quick breakdown:

- Start sliding while sprinting, aimed straight at the ledge
- Let go of sprint while sliding (can be at any time)
- Press (or hold) jump as soon as you reach the ledge, without stopping the slide
- If you aren't going high, mess around with the timing of your jump
- Most of this depends on your FOV, I recommend setting to max

2:50 you can actually use trimping (sliding, stop sprint, jump into object, fly) to completely jump over enemies like carnation and slugfish and even sorrow if you’re lucky enough

another fact: if your spamming crouch while sprinting, sometimes you dont go really fast, another method you can use incase that happens is slide + jump (while sprinting) this will make you go so much faster.

Might be the first to learn this, but heres some cool movement tech:
When carnation is approaching, if there is an area which lets you trimp, use it to fly up. Then land ontop of one of the walls. Carnation doesn't get you from down there, so you will survive. This does put you behind the group, but from experience i can say spam crouching gets you back very fast. Use this as you will!!!

Oh by the way that walljumping tech is called "trimping" and FYI you can use it to jump over carnation/slugfish if timed well so use that to your advantage (not recommended except if your like far behind track)

Btw you can change the crouch to E so you can open doors while spamming slide to gain speed

E works well as well because although it's the same button you would use for opening doors, what actually ends up happening is most of the times if you're holding E to stay sliding, the doors in front of you auto open because of the e-hold.

Essentially you're mapping one button to be able to open both the orange titled doors and regular ones. Obviously you can map the crouch button to have 3 different types, so you could just do m1 and E.

btw SUPER IMPORTANT
if you cant trimp for your life make *SURE* that toggle sprint is *OFF* or else itll count you as sprinting when sliding and wont let you trimp

The good fact is if u do flying bug u can also survive Carnation (i did it at time and i survived) make sure ur not going down before it didnt get past trought the room
