Man guilty of unlawful confinement, sexual assault against frail widow

A Vancouver man has been convicted of beating up and sexually assaulting a frail 53-year-old widow. On Thursday, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Ian Josephson found Raymond John Untinen guilty of the March 2014 unlawful confinement and sexual assault of the victim, who cannot be identified due to a publication ban.
