Drake forgot to put factor of number of civilization per planet, he supposed 1 possible per planet, but they could be more on one and the same planet one after another. if we suppose that civilizations can emerge every 50000 years then on one planet like Earth there could be about 20 civilizations. which increases the chance to find a civilization by factor 20
