I do home healthcare as a physical therapist assistant which means I mostly work with elderly patients who are unable to leave their homes. I have absolutely referred patients of Trump’s age, weight, and mobility level to occupational therapists for assistance with bathroom hygiene. Some patients can still perform this task at his size but only if they lead a very active lifestyle (which is not common in people of his size). Additionally, he has terrible posture, which leads to extreme internal rotation of his shoulders. This makes any sort of movements behind the back nearly impossible. So as someone with a medical license, I feel safe saying that Donald Trump absolutely cannot reach around to wipe his own ass. However, he may be able to reach in between his legs to do so, there certainly isn’t anything big in the way down there.
