In this video, I am explaining how to set default work hours in outlook. You can set a default working hours and day calendar in outlook using the method explained in the video.

Procedure is as below:

In your Outlook calendar, click the File tab, then Options -- Calendar. Under Work time, choose the Start time and End time, of your work day. Select the days of the week that you work, and clear the days that are not a part of your work week.

Hi, is there a way to HIDE the "unavailable" hours, so I (and others) only see the available working hours?

How can i add if i am working on a night shift? Like 9pm to 6am?

This video is not great, you made changes but never showed the changed view in your hours, just the monthly view by day. This does not work in my Outlook 365. No matter what I change the working hours to, my calendar still shows 12:00 am to midnight....
