ACV in the morning has lowered my A1c below prediabetes. It works!

I mix 2 tablespoons of ACV with 14 oz of water, 1 bag of cinnamon tea....I drink this acv/ tea drink over the span of 3-4 hours before eating lunch. I'm on a carnivore diet, this has significantly improved my blood sugar

I do drink vinegar. My grandfather said it was common to do so when he was young it was a depression era energy drink.

I drink ACV in the morning on empty stomach and drink another glass in the evening a few hours before bed. I eat between 12 and 5pm

Great information again, Kait! You have helped me immensely. I was at the door of T2D, but since following you, my A1C is at 5.4. Always learning something new. I take ACV before each meal but haven't been matching my fat and protein amounts for each meal. I'm going to implement this practice. Thanks for caring and providing valuable and life- changing information. 😊❤

Yes. Love ACV! Mix in some turmeric and a little stevia and water in mine as well.

ACV also helps for uric acid. When I eat more than two apples or lean protein like beef jerky, the uric acid spikes immediately and begins with pain in the legs. A cup with 2 spoons and in less than 30 minutes the sharp pain disappeares.

I started drinking it after reading the Glucose Revolution in February. I see you reference Jessie’s chart periodically. I lowered my A1C & surprisingly my cholesterol & tryglicerides as well. Maybe from having less cravings because of less glucose spikes? Love your channel!

I have used apple cider vinegar, I made a slight change in dosage, I couldn't handle the taste of it, so I used an eye dropper and put 4 drops into everything I drank, and it worked for me

I would love to do this regularly! However, when I have tried, I get what feels like acid indigestion. Any thoughts on how to get around that? Thanks!!

When we say low carb that basically means less bread/grains only?
So other carbs like fruits and vegetables are ok?
Just curious because I seem to have more irritable bowel symptoms when I eat fats (dairy causing congestion and nuts causing bloating for ex.) thank you ❤

Yes I use about 7 products together. Most people think all sugars are the same 100% not true. I lost 60lbs. Our bodies need sugar too, not ring dings and donuts lolol...Thank you Kaite

Hello! I recently had labs done. My Hemoglobin A1C was 5.2 but my fasting blood glucose was 102 and my fasting insulin was at 12.2. PCP says I am showing signs of insulin resistance. Would that be your assessment too?
