do you need to have capcut pro to import font videos to capcut

I used CapCut to edit my video (using iPhone). Then I uploaded it to my laptop using cable to bring the video over. My issue is. My video is slim (has thick lines on each side of the video)

I chose 16:9. But it’s still skinny & smaller and the thick 2 inch shadows on both sides are showing

I am using adobe express on laptop. Want to use laptop to upload my videos to YouTube.
