Can you use this to crop a video that has two sides of the video with black bars? I recorded a video that is smaller than the screen but recorded with two sides with bars taking up the space. Is it possible to get rid of that and make the picture full screen with trying to rerecord? Certain programs do this while others are perfect full screen. I use the recording feature on Windows 10.
