How to Resize Video for Any Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube (Online Resizer)

I mean if you are going to try to be prfessional, you really have to make a separate video for the format. Shrinking it down and having all that dead space doesn't really look that great, no?

So when you change the aspect ratio to 9:16 from a video that was previously 16:9 how do you get rid of the bars on top and bottom and fill that space with the actually video?
