is it possible to change the scale of media like an image or video in a project without it automatically scaling back to its previous aspect ratio? thanks in advance!

I feel like I'm missing something. I want to enlarge the video so it fills the screen. I've tried with this and another app and they seem to change the size just the aspect ratio. For example a Tik Tok or Facebook video is fine on a phone but it is tiny on a big screen TV or projector.

If you have different clips that you want to stitch together and edit, can you resize the document once for them all? Because it doesnt seem to be the case here, I have to do it for all of the clips individually it's pretty annoying
