I couldn't do all the steps but let me tell you this is amazing I didn't do the whole glove and stuff but I did do the beginning part the petroleum jelly the baking soda I didn't have the milk powder but luckily like most people don't do you put another thing that you could use and I used it in let me tell you I just you know like did the whole massage in my hand and stuff like put it on my palm and stuff like that and let me tell you my hand literally got way softer and my hand was rock hard

I heard a tip from a nail tech. Everytime you wash your hands... right after apply an oil and then a moisturizer. Everytime. Keep an oil and moisturizer right beside the sink to help.

And then were sunscreen and obviously do this because it seems awesome. And vaseline is amazing.

Im going to try to make this for my cousin. Hes only sisxteen and his hands are very rough and messed up and cracked because he works in the fish industry so hes constantly lifting heavy boxes, qnd he also works out a lot on top of that and lifts weights, so i hope this works for him
