Kristi, I just had to tell you how much I enjoy your program and your recipes. I have had type two diabetes for decades. Both of my parents died from complications of diabetes. I do not have a weight problem but I struggle to control my blood glucose. Your recipes are the only ones that I can count on not to raise my numbers.
