It goes without saying that burritos are all the rage these days, so in a bid to ensure that our Happy Heart participants don’t miss out on the fiery fun, we’ve made a recipe that’s seriously tasty but also insanely low in calories, fat and sugar! The recipe:

Spicy couscous:
Wholemeal couscous
A pinch mild chill flakes
1 tea spoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
Half a teaspoon of salt
Boiling water

Re-fried beans:
Water
3 cloves of garlic
100 grams of sweet tinned corn (drained and rinsed )
A tin of black or kidney beans
A juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoon cumin
2 table spoons of tamari
Chopped fresh coriander

Salsa:
2 gloves of garlic chopped
1 red chilli
pepper
400 gr of tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
4 scallions chopped
A pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lime
Chopped fresh coriander

Soy yogurt:
5 table spoons soy yogurt
Juice of half a lime
A table spoon of maple syrup

And some wraps.

I am now up to over 50+ of your recipes and I have YET to find one that isn't WONDERFUL. I have taken the Happy Gut course and have ordered the Happy Heart course. Look forward to it! Rice instead of couscous and you would've made something very similar to a dish we call "Gallo Pinto" in Costa Rica <3 LOOKS YUM.

This looks really yummy! I found this video, while searching to help me get a better idea of how to make a veggie burrito, with the stuff I currently got in my kitchen. I have never tried couscous, I will have to add it to my next grocery list. Thanx for the helpful video.

Ok I don't really leave comments on YouTube videos but I had to leave one after trying this. I wanted to buy a burrito from über eats and then I thought let me try and make one. I didn't have all the ingredients like the tamari sauce, coriander and lime and soy yogurt or couscous so I used soy sauce, lemon, parsley, brown rice and Caesar salad sauce as my topping. Oh my gosh it was amazingggg.. I was sceptical at first but once I took that first bite I finished it all in less than a minute!! Thank you! I am now a fan.

Just made these: SO GOOD! Even liked by my teen son who doesn't like lime. I was surprised I had all the ingredients on hand. Sort of. I didn't have a tin of corn, so I used frozen. And I love bell pepper in everything, so I added some of that to the beans, too. I had a fresh batch of soy yogurt on hand.... the real kicker is I've never made Cous Cous -- but a friend left a box here, and it has been sitting on my shelf. So, I decided to use it. I liked the Cous Cous so much better than rice in a burrito -- what a GREAT idea, and the spices were excellent. Thank you for this!! Took me 15 minutes, not 5 (there is only one of me.) But, hey -- dinner in 15 minutes that is healthy and really good -- who doesn't want that?!!
