Honestly, I think Vicky pretends to be mean to hide how vulnerable she really is. There’s a small scene that you missed in another episode where Vickys mean persona goes away for a spilt second. The Halloween episode where Timmy wishes for costumes to come to life. Vicky isn’t really mean to the kids and when the rich kids shows off their costumes she looks sad alongside Timmy and his friends. It’s moments like these that shows she has to actively be mean or else she’s just a regular kid like the rest of them.

Wanna know what disappoints me about Vicky? Her abuse of Tootie. If she cared about her sister it would make her a way better character. It gives her a reason to hate Timmy since Timmy rejects Tootie all the time and it would make Wishology slightly better since instead of money motivating her Timmy could say the robots hurt Tootie.
