Bro is doing the assisted ones, they are the hardest because you have to do normal ones while assisting someone to do them

I used to do calisthenics. How actually got into it was because I road my bike all the time I'll go laps and laps and laps around a park on my town over and over day after day after I get bored I'll go ride around town more once I get bored again I'll go back to the park. And every lap I kept seeing some pull up bars and other equipment that uses your body weight for the workout. And I kept thinking riding the bike is getting wayy too easy. I put a little over 33, 000 miles on my bike in a year. At the end the bike was barley holding up with everything constantly being replaced until the welds broke going off a curb. But I needed a better workout something to make me feel Like I've accomplished something. So every 5 laps I would stop at 2 spots my goal was to do a minimum of 10 reps of everything in 3 different grips. So 10 pull-ups, 10 (what Ives known it as) australian pullups 10 push ups 10 dips oh also 30sec L sit or whatever it was called i forgot. You hang from the bar and keep your legs straight and bring them up like your sitting on the air. But all of thos every 5 laps in 3 different grips. Small, normal, wide. If it was a pull up I also did reverse grips.at at first no way in hell I could do all of that. By just me trying everything and seeing how much of it I could do made me want to just go back home and lay down. But when I rode my bike I always whent 110% to the point when I stop i feel like im overheating and about to pass out basically. To the point I put a window ac in my room and when I got home I already had that thing running to keep my room 63°F but slowly got better and better at it where I was basically at the point where I needed to start adding weight. And then I had to move. And then I got a different job ans well now I'll be happy if I can even do 15 normal pull-ups. Idk anymore. I was doing that stuff 15ish-18ish and then when I was 19 I got hit by a drunk driver and my back is messed up now. So when I get home I can't really do as much unless I'll have to call into work the next day due to too much pain

Isn't that just a slightly assisted Pull up tho?
