The eggs look yummy! Very scrambled, indeed!
My way is a bit different and, for me, perfect. I add a tiny bit of water or milk to my eggs and whisk. Then after a minute over medium low heat and a bit of a “set”, I gently gather them in going around my pan, pushing them to the center until they are finished. Finished=as YOU like it!
