The consistency is okay. It can definitely use some vanilla and a little more sweetness, seeing that I did not use yogurt with regular sugar.

I just made these and they didn’t set. they were very thin even after leaving them in the fridge over night. I used whole Good Culture CC, a peach Triple Zero Oikos and 1 egg. I left it in the overn and extra 3min too! I was really hoping these would be the desert needed for after dinner!

Hi I need your help!!!! I have a friend very under weight who has become sick, she has nothing in reserve and isn't taking enough protein. She is vegetarian, can't take dairy or gluten. I need to find a way for her to get enough protein (gosh and collagen I suppose?). Can I use something other than cottage cheese to mix with a vegan protein powder? Would tofu work?

How do you know when they are done? I'm cooking them longer because they fail the knife test at 20 min, 30 min...

Okay, I feel like I must have done something wrong...I baked them at 350 F for 20 minutes and they still seem raw, straight up liquid in the middle. I'm gonna try adding another 5-10 minutes baking time. Anyone else have this issue?
