Marcus, thank you for this excellent video on The Psychology of Selling. In my mind you nailed it!! Over the years I have learned that it is all about the questions that we ask and the ratio of how much we listen vs talk. I also loved your comment about having the mindset of wanting to learn and help solve the prospect's business problems. I always try to find out what keeps them up at night. I thought all 10 Steps were very relevant and especially liked Step 8. Thanks again, Lou
