I ate salmon all the way as a younger child till now i am 32 just because it taste so awesome! I simply season it with salt, pepper and olive oil occasionally garlic powder, I don't like to add so much stuff to ruin the salmon's natural taste. I didn't even knew it had so much benefits that came a long with it until i was only much older. It might be the reason why i grow very long shiny hair.

LOVE salmon. I season it with paprika, tumeric, pepper and a little pink Himalayan salt and then squeeze a lemon on it :-).

Salmon must be nutritious, because I've been on a regular salmon-eating kick for several days and I've never felt healthier; I'm almost 50 and I'm very slim and filled with lots of active, athletic energy. I'm in better shape than my 20s.

I use to eat salmon quite a lot like 3 times per week and my skin starting to become bright and less dry. Pinky hue kinda lol ok it’s amazing but strictly wild Alaskan salmon. Not farmed.

If you’re from the Midwest, or some other places across the United States, another great alternative is the brook trout which is actually a char just like it’s cousin the Arctic char

I buy wild salmon in a tin all the time. Costco has really high quality wild salmon. Pretty inexpensive too.

While watching this, I'm enjoying two Salmon sandwiches with cheese, in whole grain buns, with tartar sauce, mustard, Tabasco sauce, a little garlic, parsley, and Cayenne Pepper (100, 000 Scoville Heat Units )...
