Excellent video eye opener. Matt you broke myths.
What’s your take on calories expenditure when a person loses body weight.
Also does losing weight effect the skin organ etc.

I’m trying to figure out what equations you used to get 80, do you mind sharing? Thank you in advance

The process of building muscle does add to the BMR equation therefore muscle burns more calories by using more energy? Is it correct? Thank you, outstanding video!

Do high-carb, low-protein, low-fat diet (like that eaten by Asian rice farmers) increase metabolic rate (by increasing FGF21)?

So, you mean the coming advice that losing weight while trying to keep or gain muscles (by weight training) can keep one's metabolic rate and reduce the chance of getting fat again due to lower metabolic rate is NOT true?

This was great. Do you have a recommended video (yours or another) that explains how someone can use their RMR test data to calculate their required calories and macros based upon their goals? (Like a goal of losing 10% body fat and gaining 10% more muscle mass.)

Do you have any studies to verify your hypothesis about the myths?
