The hands behind the head is a game changer. Did it for 4 weeks 15min hands on my head and I'm so snatched. I think its my new go to cardio. This and the stair master are my fighters

Or any incline setting you can handle. The higher the better. I don’t go that high. I go to 6. Walk for 2 minutes on 1-6 incline, and repeat. 1 (60) second sprint at the end. 5 days a week. Major weight loss.

This is what I did in my college fitness class when we had to get our heart rate up - I'm not a runner, so I walked fast on an incline.

I do the same thing but I use 5lbs dumbbells for my arm movements for as long as I can (about 15 min) and that way I work out my arms a bit too. ITS HARD TO DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME! Oh and I do 1 hr on the treadmill and the incline I switch it up for that hr

I run for 30 minutes at about an 8
Minute per mile
Pace and then do 15-3.5-30

12 incline 3mph 30 minutes i dont understand this at all, my incline is around 15 i run about3.6bmil3 30 minutes i do not see any difference apart from i feel goo after i finish
