Don’t let the 12 incline or 3mph…the 30min is the one to focus on! In a short time you will rock 12 3 30…find your sweet spot and increase to 12 for a few minutes back to your comfort zone (mine is 9 at 3mph)
Thru out the 30 min time!
Remember the most important thing is 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week!
