But most of these vegetables (broccoli, Zucchini, Avocado, Mushroom, Bell pepper - red/yellow) fall under exotic vegetables category, which are mostly available in Tier 1 & 2 cities at premium prices. These are either not available in rest of India or are very costly. Using them on regular diet is rarely possible. Can you please mention readily available Indian food items in lieu of them and recipes which can be of low calories as most Indian recipes are high on Cal.
