RAGI IDLI WITH IDLY BATTER

This is my mom's style of making this ragi idli batter .This might not be the authentic recipe .

▪️Ragi flour - 1 cup
▪️Grinded idli batter - 3cups
▪️Salt - 1tsp
▪️water - 1 glass

Mix well and ferment overnight

▪️Now apply oil to idli plate and pour ragi batter and steam idli for 13 mins .

▪️This idli goes with chutney and sambar
