Instant RAGI IDLI is a healthy and filling breakfast. You can whip this up in just 30 minutes. This soft, delicious and healthy goodness is for you.
Ingredients:
Ragi - 1/2 cup
Fine semolina - 1/2 cup
Yogurt (curds) -1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Carrot grated - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Cashews - 10-12 nos.
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
White lentils - 1/2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few

Ragi 1/2 cup, Rava 1/2 cup, 1 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup water, Sautee mustard, urad dhal, curry leaves, coriander leaves, with shredded carrot and steam for 10 min.

I tried making appam by your recepie, it turned out amazing, i just used 1/2 cup curd as my curd was sour and added little less water as per requirement. I added chopped veggies direclty in batter. Thanks for sharing such perfect recepies....
