It's a good job I live alone cos in the middle of some sitting work - I now just get up and do some of the jogging, boxing and squat moves from your movement snacks whenever I notice the sluggish or other mentai/emotional tendencies descending upon/arising within me. Thank you to your whole team, such a joy to see and hear you.
