Something in me doubts you will see this, but maybe it will help someone. I suffered with panic attacks for a year, and it was meditating in the Word that walked me out of it. I learned God's nature by thinking on Him, and especially at night because I didn't sleep well for a long time. I learned to pray and meditate during the night. Today, I am totally free. I love the night hours. You are the first minister to describe it so exactly. God bless you.
