Sir, I am suffering from runny nose, sneezing daily specially in winter .I have High allergy in my bold my ige level is 950

For me it's, constant mucus, 5-6 times recurring sneezing 5-10 times a day, Starting from evening nose starts to get congested(one side mostly but sometimes both side) till morning, once morning and you wake up, tickling or twitching or itching(whatever you wanna call it) sensation starts to occur inside the nose followed by sneezing and well you know unlimited amount of watery discharge, feels like it's gonna fill up a whole of a medium size bucket, you start to wonder from where the heck the resources for producing such amount of mucus is coming from, post nasal drip, mucus dripping down your throat from your nasal passages/sinuses, the sensation that makes you feel like mucus has webbed inside your throat & lungs, and no matter how much you want to clear it, it never goes away, nasal polyp (probably happened because of allergy), anyways all I wanna say is so many people are suffering from this globally but still they can't do a sh1t about it, they say well since everyone's reason for getting it could be different, and due to various complications, it is not fully curable, then I say medical science is way behind right now.

I have been suffering from this for many years now. Among all the symptoms that put you through to hell, including watery eyes, the throat itching and endless sneezing; the worst of these for me is the constant unstoppable dripping of mucous from your nose. It's literally like your nose is a tap that has been turned on, it's pretty much water and just leaks and leaks endlessly making every second of your day a living hell. The sneezes though, at times i sneeze like 7-10 times in quick succession that my hips and ribs feel like they are on fire.
I used to try my level best to not use any medications and let it resolve itself, used to kinda work after 2days or so.
But since recently, I'm using levocitrizine which is an antihistamine, and it works. Citrizine on the other hand works but it puts me through severe drowsiness the next day. Levocez is better.
I don't wanna make it a habit to use these tabs, so I'm hoping to find some kind of longterm solution to this lol

I m suffering from 28 years and I thought that it is common cold or I have low immunity power that's why I tried a lots of different types medicines , immunity booter but not solved .But past 7 to 8 years when I was in dry weather region , it was a little less, but in humid area I have been suffering a lots .Then past 5 years during pre winter season (as it is the peck point)I do exercise minimum 40 minutes in the morning and I feel much better and earn a lots of immunity, so my advice just do health and to relieve from rhinitis ....
