Seed oil, margerine, bad. Beef talon pork lard, good. Olive oil short cooked, good. Too long cooked, not so good. Coconut oil, unrefined, good. Salmonella, on the shell, not in the egg. Bacon fat, good. Too much b.s. in this video. Eggs are good. Only protein is too one-sided as a diet. But protein overload? Never heard of it. 4 eggs a day, very healthy. Don't get the cheapest, they're not wholesome, like, 24 times not as good as farmeggs.

My mother and father ate 2 fried eggs almost every day and they would boil eggs and eat them on occasion to. They fried them in bacon grease which they would also fry, or sausage or ham along with a slice of toast. That is what I was raised up on. My father lived to be 86 years and my mother lived to be 100 years old. My grandmother who also ate eggs almost every morning lived to be 89. I fry mine in olive oil and no meat, I just make a sandwich out of sourdough bread. So if eggs were good enough for my parents to eat almost every day then they are good enough for me. I'm 65 and wont change from eating eggs no matter how much they are demonized. I actually keep around 12 chickens of my own for the eggs for me and my wife and dogs and feed them organic feed along with letting them free-range in my yard some as well. I just don't believe eggs are bad for you. If you go to Germany you will find that the first thing hospitals do after surgery for burn victims is to feed them lots of eggs because they found it helps their skin to heal much faster.
