As a 29 year old man I can't thank you enough for your content. These are the types of conversations we need to have more, putting your primary focus on your mental health needs to be a priority over these detrimental fads.

You are such a light among the darkness of the internet. Keep up the great, compassionate advice. The world needs more people like you.

I lost over 100 lbs before coming to this channel. Since being here since August 2022, I have quit porn. I have a strict skin care routine. I use body wash. I brush, floss and use mouthwash twice daily.

15:05-15:19 — the most evergreen, universally applicable 14 seconds any influencer has ever said.

If there’s any “looksmaxing” content to really watch, it is your fashion videos. I have learned so much about fashion from you and it has definitely made a difference. Thank you for everything you do 😊

Looksmaxxing is a must though if you’re short and genetically ugly like me.

Otherwise, we won't ever have a shot at dating.

I don't see any problem with hair transplant. There are people who love to have beautiful hair and procedure itself is pretty simple and not harmful...

I can confirm that mewing worked for me starting at around 16. It was worth it because It only took a month to learn and ended up blessing me a chin.

so it can work post puberty/late puberty

In terms of mewing, I think it’s pretty undisputed by orthodontists that it’s important for good childhood jaw development. The problem really comes in when adults HARD-Mew. When they do excises to try and split their palatial suture with the sheer force of their tongue. This (especially when done poorly) can cause all kinds of complications, especially if one already suffers from TMJD. I’m 25, and the act of simply closing my mouth, properly raising my tongue, breathing through my nose, and swallowing against my palate truly has changed me for the better. Not only has it actually changed my appearance as my double chin has completely picked up, but the buccal mass of my cheeks hollowed out, but my breathing is more relaxed and my sense of smell has improved 10x. It also put some other postural corrections on my radar (i.e. anterior head posture or anterior pelvic tilt). It’s important to take what nuggets of wisdom one can, and don’t throw the baby out with the bath water

The Truth-Teller! In the first three minutes, Courtney cuts to the core. Excellent self-care and hygiene differentiates us from the rest. (It’s awesome to see you calling out the extremes; the madness of looksmaxxing.) Thank you Courtney for sharing your own personal situation and plans for your TMJ. Being self-aware, making plans and taking action. So good.

This isn't just men's insecurities..SOCIETY AS A WHOLE KEEPS THIS GOING. Men AND women and the media and social media and dating apps, in the workplace. On any given day, I can tell how good I look, based on how people treat me...and it never fails...

As a women, I remember years since I was a freshman in college and obsessing over buying things and changing things about myself physically. And it was torture. And as a woman dating in New York City it was so costly to be even considered "mid." But I was able to get over that through counseling over many years. And I wouldn't wish that torture on anyone! The torture of focusing so intensely on how to make yourself "hotter" every minute of everyday. And even men! Its horrible to know that so many men are experiencing this now. Of course body dysmorphia has always been thing men have suffered from too but it's to a new degree and scale I can't help but personally empathize with. Great of you Courtney to talk about this! You do a lot for a lot of people!

Fine line between looksmaxing and vanity

This video is virtue signaling. I noticed that people who share Courtney's (supposed) views never back their opinion with evidence. They just go like "It's not true, trust me bro" or "Every woman is different". Or they try to tell you to go outside and see that there are a lot of average dudes with girlfriends. But how hard was it for them to get one? How satisfied are those women with their dudes? Those things get overlooked.

@CourtneyRyan Men change in order to attract a woman, the problem is not Men, it is Women’s expectations in Men. They only want tall muscular wealthy Men. Look at the rates of single men to single women, the numbers don’t lie. I take care of myself, to look and be my best and it’s never been enough for a woman. Haven’t had a serious relationship in a decade…inner qualities don’t matter without attraction. I’ve become someone that I love but without all of these things..I still remain single.

I'm 39 now and going to my 40 this September. I came across your channel 2 weeks ago and it really helped me to improve myself both physically and mentally. I started to be inspired again and focusing on things that really matters. I'm working to be high a value man by putting my best foot forward in my career, getting back to healthy diet and working out and It feels great. Thank you.

Does Courtney actually believe this or is she just another grifter telling her audience what they want to hear? How coincidentally her husband has a full head of hair, has terrific bone structure and is 6ft tall? And also a multimillionaire lol… she brings women on her channel that are very similar in looks/background to her and when they say they want a guy that makes 150k they are delusional… does she not see the hypocrisy? I smell another grifter

What confused me about mewing is that I've always naturally had my tongue resting on the roof of my mouth, I thought it was normal for humans.
