1) Resistance Band Lat Pulldown

2) Single Arm Dumbbell Press

3) SUPERSET:
A) Dumbbell Lateral Raise
B) Resistance Band Straight Arm Lat Pulldown

4) TRISET:
A) Side to Front Raise
B) Resistance Band Face Pull
C) Bent over dumbbell row (double arm)
