What i understand : The green guy(let's calling him green) try to kill Tom (at 0:09 we see someone holding a knife the same shape has the one green hold at 0:06 ) but Mark saw them (0:10) and Green had to leave / run away I think. Anyway Green looked very annoyed with Mark's presence (0:13) (Maybe he knew him? ) When Mark woke up the passed out Tom, his wound healed on its own (0:17) . I also think Green know a lot about Tom(0:32) . After that they met, became friends and then started dating...
I think all the elements of this video take place before the other meme about Mark and Tom.

And Mory and the weird demon are here for be here i guess ?

Mark saw Tom getting attacked by green cross line eyes boy. He saved Tom from the situation. And then they became lovers. But Tom was a toy of a witch and controlled by that. So Tom hurt Mark (; amputated his left arm) and became unable to see him again. I think so. (It could be a bit awkward because I'm not that good at English sorry🥲)
