I am on day 5 of bad pain from my jaw and it’s causing bad headaches and vertigo I am so over it and also so nauseous. Hoping and praying your videos help me with this.

I wanted to tell you I have been doing your massages and stretches on your videos for Eustachian tube disfunction. I bought a massage gun yesterday and did these TMJ ones and some shoulder ones as well as my upper body is very tight and full of trigger points and I grind my teeth at night and my ears feel better than they have in a month. I have felt it was probably all related and I think I was right. Thank you.

This gave me so much relief, I was given torodol but I barely got relief. My physical therapist actually did something similar with a massage gun and I just thought I’d try it myself and I can felt a bit better. Is it okay to do this multiple times in a day? Thank you so much
