Melt those bingo wings away and sculpt your arms with this workout. This arm workout will help you get toned feminine arms and go sleeveless with confidence. You’ll need a pair of light-weight dumbbells, between 2 - 4kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weight by filling up bottles with stones or water!

I have been doing this workout consistently for over three weeks on Mon, Wed, and fri. In addition to this, I get on the treadmill for at least 25 mins as well as eating a calorie deficit, most days. :) I've heard that you don't know if the workout is working unless you stick with the same workout for at least 4-6weeks so you can do progressive overload ( going up in the weights) All that being said I've always carried weight on my arms (some mean curse lol) I"ve NEVER seen results like these. I actually see my arms have lost inches all around plus when I flex for the first time in my life I can see muscle moving and this is SUCH great motivation to keep going. I plan to switch up to a new routine that focuses more on triceps now!

I’m definitely trying this workout! I swear you have some of the most effective workouts I’ve done on YouTube. I was looking for an upper body workout and this cane right on time.

Thanks Joanna I lost 15 kg.. I am soo happy with my new and light body.. 😊
Finally I did it.. It tooks me alot of time as well as patience😧
And thank god I did it.
Now I can wear any dresses without any tension that I like.. 😀😃😍

I always go to the gym and never have any idea of what to do or where to start.
So I tried a new routine today.
Treadmill using an app from the gym I go to (15 min + cool down)
Abs with only body weight (used a YouTube video)
Stationary Bike (15 min)
Arms with weights (THIS YouTube Video - and exactly what I needed
Row Machine - 1000 Meters
Legs - Machines

I feel a bit sore but mostly in my arms.
I'm looking to stick to this routine for a month but rotating with what part I work on with body weight, weights, and machines.
Not sure if you have any ab videos or leg videos that incorporate weights, but I'm definitely going to be searching.

I'm feeling really good.

HI great workout. i am 73 and have been working out for a long time. Love this arm workout because it is simple and targets all areas.
Just need a modification for the plank one since that is a bit of a stretch for me.

Omg I did 3 rounds of arm workout the first time and shoulders are burning!
I did modify the plank workout on my knees. Thanks so much for the warm up and cool down!
Most YTbers start straight arm workout with no warmup/cooldown! I want to see more of your arm workouts. New Subbie

The only way I survive the steering wheel is to walk around the room, making noises, like I'm in a high speed car chase- you gotta do what you gotta do XD

After doing this workout for a couple of times I can finally do the steering wheel for a full 45 seconds. Woot Woot!
