Door Dash Pitch to New Drivers:

Yea, they are opening themselves up for a lawsuit because I let them run my background on the premises that I could log in and drive whenever I wanted but the reality is you can only drive when they WANT you to drive. Like I want to drive right now but all I'm getting is the "It's not busy in your area but you can schedule to drive at a later date" (BUT THERE ARE NO TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE FOR THE NEXT 6 DAYS). Then when I'm busy at my real job, they start sending me multiple daily push notifications to get out there and drive and earn money. That is not me deciding when I want to work!

New dashers get top dasher for the first 2 weeks allows dash now at any time. Once you lose the status of top dasher, no more dash whenever gotta wait til area marked busy. Or schedule in advance.

I’m in Michigan. I dash in canton/Westland and I can dash now every day. So idk.

I have not been able to dash now for 5 or more months. And I could hardly get on the schedule anymore as well.. Maybe as a result of being a serious cherry picker.

I'm about to doordaah for the first time but there isn't even a dash now button anywhere. Only a schedule button

100% EVERY MARKET IS DIFFERENT! ALSO THE SAME MARKET IS DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT DRIVERS, we all know everything is subject to change at a moments notice, on any app.
